Exhibitors are eligible to book, modify, and cancel room assignments through the housing portal during the registration period.
Exhibitors can access the housing portal to book and manage room assignments using the link presented within the invitation emailed by Gen Con.
Exhibitors are permitted to book a maximum number of room assignments equal to the room limit specified in their invitation. Exhibitor bookings are audited periodically to enforce room limits. Exceeding room limits will result in excess rooms being cancelled, subject to the cancellation policy and applicable fees.
If an exhibitor exceeds room limits, they will receive an advisory instructing them to self-cancel the number of rooms exceeding their room limit. Self-cancelling empowers the exhibitor to choose which among multiple rooms are cancelled. Failing to heed instructions by the stated deadline will result in management choosing which rooms to cancel in accordance with housing registration terms of service and applicable fees.
