Gen Con Housing Registration (Gen Con Housing) is the official lodging program for convention registrants. Gen Con secures discounted guest rooms at partner hotels in downtown Indianapolis and the surrounding area. Program participation is optional but encouraged, as lodging demand is extremely high and apt to sell out quickly over convention dates. Gen Con Housing is managed by Q-rooms.
The housing portal is a self-service booking website. Registrants can book, modify, and cancel their own room assignments 24/7 online during the registration period. Access to the housing portal is granted through your Gen Con account or by email invitation depending on your registrant group. See related articles below.
