Answer: You won’t need an access code to enter the housing portal because your room assignment will be made by your Gen Con group manager.
- If you have questions about a pending room assignment, please contact your Gen Con group manager.
- If you need to submit a support ticket for assistance modifying or cancelling your room assignment, enter the booking acknowledgment number in the required field.
